Hi, I’m Josh Curtis.
I'm the owner of Visual Remodel Co., a design and drafting business based in Shelton, Washington. I work with remodelers, builders, and interior designers to develop residential layouts, prepare construction drawings, and create detailed 3D visualizations.
I enjoy being involved in the design process and helping to turn ideas into practical plans. Whether you need help developing a layout or preparing drawings for an existing design, I can work alongside your team to help move the project forward.
My Background
I have over 10 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling, including hands-on construction, project management, and coordinating trades.
That experience has given me an understanding of how projects come together in the field and the challenges that can arise when plans aren't fully developed.
I bring that practical experience into my design work, considering not only how a space looks and functions, but also how it will be built.
How I Work
Every project is different. Some start with sketches or existing drawings, while others need help developing the design from the beginning.
I work primarily in Chief Architect, creating floor plans, elevations, cabinetry details, construction drawings, and 3D renderings based on the needs of each project.
My goal is to be a dependable part of your team, whether that means helping solve a design challenge, developing drawings, or providing additional support when your workload increases.
