Hi, I’m Josh Curtis.

I created Visual Remodel Co. to solve a common problem in remodeling: too many decisions are made without enough clarity.

My role sits between imagination and construction. I help turn ideas into buildable drawings and realistic visuals so projects can be evaluated, priced, and planned before construction begins.

I have a passion for computer based design and I would love to help you start your remodel with a clear vision and a solid plan.

Visual Remodel Co. is based out of Shelton, Washington and works with homeowners and contractors throughout the South Puget Sound area.

My Background

I’ve spent nearly a decade working in residential remodeling — on job sites, managing projects, coordinating trades, and dealing with the real consequences of unclear plans. I’ve seen firsthand how vague layouts, missing details, and untested ideas lead to delays, cost overruns, and frustration for everyone involved.

This experience is what shaped the way I work today. I approach projects with a builder’s mindset, focusing on clarity, feasibility, and real-world execution—not just how something looks on screen, but how it actually gets built.

Every project starts with understanding your goals, your vision, and how the space actually needs to function. My role is to help you think through decisions before they become expensive or difficult to change.

I focus on clear communication, realistic expectations, and buildable solutions.
I work collaboratively with homeowners and contractors, adapting my process to fit each project.
